Frequently Asked Questions

Can I complete the entire course online?

No, this is a hybrid program. While all theoretical lectures are completed online, you must attend mandatory, in-person clinical skills labs and real-world clinical rotations in Georgia to qualify for graduation and state registry testing.

How does the remote written exam option work?

If you meet eligibility requirements set by the state's testing vendor, you may take the written/oral portion of your Georgia competency exam securely from home using a computer with a webcam. The practical skills portion of your exam must still be taken at an approved in-person testing site.

What happens if I miss a scheduled clinical shift?

Georgia state regulations require a strict minimum number of training hours. Any missed clinical or lab time must be made up immediately to remain eligible for graduation.

Are state exam fees included in my tuition?

No, students are responsible for paying the testing vendor fees directly when scheduling their exam.

Do you offer job placement after graduation?

Students enrolled in our All-Inclusive Career Launch tier receive dedicated career services, including a professional résumé rewrite, tailored job application tracking, and an expert mock interview session to help you land a role after certification.
